Low T, sperm count intact - read together
What it reads
- A semen analysis read against the WHO 2021 lower bounds and tracked over time. Those bounds are decision guides, and one analysis is a snapshot, so a borderline result wants a repeat.
- The gonadotropins read next to it, so the panel can separate a testicular picture from a brain-side one and name which it's looking at.
- Patterns arrive with their evidence attached and their uncertainty intact - a signature to confirm, never an accusation.
- Supplements trigger off your own labs, and the ones that didn't trigger stay visible so you can see what would have to be true for them to matter.
- Labs to consider are filtered against what you've already had drawn, and the provider questions are written out for you to take in.
A low serum testosterone doesn't by itself establish that your fertility is affected - the semen analysis is what answers that. And replacement-dose testosterone suppresses sperm production, so more testosterone is the wrong reflex when conception is the goal. Coming off it is a managed transition your prescriber runs, not a cliff you fall off.
