Symptoms that nag. Results flagged, then called normal. You know something's off. Merlin reads what the panel didn't, and walks you through what's going on.
Years of bloodwork, a scan or two, the ring, a genotype in an old email - or nothing yet and a list of symptoms. Bring what you have. Merlin thinks it through the way a team of elite clinicians would, every system and every year, about you as one whole person, then shows you what it means and what's worth finding out next. Your first full read is free.
Drive, sleep, mood, shape. All of it shifted, and the panel says normal.
What Merlin does
Reads your sex hormones against the stress axis, the sleep and the life that's happening to you, in phase where there's a cycle, and tells you what would settle it.
However you got here, you come out the same way: knowing what's going on, knowing what's next, and not carrying any of it by yourself.
What you'll see
This is what one of your systems looks like, thought all the way through.
A real Cardiovascular surface from a real anonymized panel. The narrative, the score, the layers underneath: this is the output, not a designed approximation. Yours will be built the same way, on your own numbers.
A detailed look at the factors influencing your Cardiovascular score.
Cardiovascular

ApoB sits at 117 mg/dL and LDL particle number at 2181 nmol/L - both above the threshold where the conversation about familial hypercholesterolemia stops being academic. The protective markers are real and worth crediting: triglycerides at 69, hsCRP at 0.4, Lp(a) at 17, ApoB/A1 ratio at 0.75, and Pattern A morphology with peak size at 222.9 Angstrom.
...continues with the wall-engagement pivot (OxLDL + Lp-PLA2), the upstream physiology (ApoE 3/4 + Apo C1), and the low-cost levers (Vit D + Omega-3).
A question to sit with
When you look at your typical week of eating, where is the saturated fat actually coming from - and is the pattern something you've consciously chosen, or something that's defaulted into place around your schedule? The ApoE 3/4 genotype makes this a higher-leverage question than it would be for someone else.
You also get the score breakdown, the possible root causes, the questions to take to your physician, a supplement plan, the imaging worth considering, and prompts for the conversation.
From an actual Merlin Cardiovascular surface. Every system you have data for gets one of these, and it's about you, not about someone your age.
How Merlin thinks
Not a search engine with a medical library attached. A clinical reasoning system, built to think about one person at a time.
Across systems. Broken sleep changes what your bloodwork means. The stress you're under changes how your hormones should be read. What you eat and take changes what a marker can say. Every result is read against every other, and against the life it came out of.
In constellations. It looks for the pattern, not the outlier. Three unremarkable lines can make one remarkable thread.
Clinically. The routes of deduction a good clinician runs in their head, run in full: what this could be, what would confirm or rule it out, what's worth running next and why. Merlin thinks clinically and never diagnoses. It shows you how to work with your clinicians, and what to bring them.
Gated. Where the evidence isn't there, it says so and tells you what would settle it. It doesn't guess.
Locked down. Encrypted, visible only to you and those you allow access. Never sold, never used to train a model. Export or delete your record whenever you like.
Merlin runs on AI and says so. What makes it different is everything around the model: the clinical gating, the routing, and the refusal to guess.
What happens when you start
1
Make a free account. A few questions about you: age, sex, the basics. Two minutes.
2
Upload what you have. PDFs, portal downloads, a photo of a printout. Any lab, any year, any provider. Nothing yet? Skip this and start with the questions.
3
Merlin reads it, then chooses what to ask you. The questionnaires it offers depend on what your results show: a medical history, symptom maps for the systems that matter. About thirty to sixty minutes if you do all of it, timed as you go. Skip what you like and come back.

Your first full read. Every system you have data for, scored and thought through, with what's worth finding out next. Free, and yours to keep.
She holds everything Merlin knows about you and talks it through the way a person would, not a bot and not a doctor. She is AI, and she'll say so. Ask her what a read means, what to do first, or what to bring to your appointment.
39 years old, a few more trips to the bathroom - though who's counting? Alongside a newborn and no sleep it's hardly noticeable. Inflammatory markers a touch high, nothing a family physician would flag as a ‘fix now’ issue. A father who had colon cancer at 52, mentioned once, to someone who wasn't really listening. None of it is anything you'd ever think to raise, let alone track.
That's the quiet part. Each piece files under the season you're in - the baby, the stress, the exhaustion - and mostly, it belongs there. The frog in slowly warming water is having a season too, right up until the season leaves a scar.
The small things you're not sure even matter are usually the ones a complaint gets built on - never volunteered and never asked. Ask the right questions, though, and the most boring lines in your history turn into a thread. The father. The bathroom trips. The low, quiet inflammation underneath. A shrug each, alone - one thread, together. Enough, against that history, to put screening on the table with your doctor before the calendar would.
~ Merlin doesn't diagnose - it asks what no one thought to ask, turns over the stone, and hands you the question to carry into the room. ~

The account, the essay archive, and your first full lab readout cost nothing, and nothing you put in stops being yours if you stay on the free tier. Find out what's in your own results before you decide whether any of this is worth paying for. Core is for when you want every panel and every portal kept current.
Every portal stays current as your data grows. Bring anything to any of them and you get the full cross-system read: bloodwork, body composition, vascular phenotype, gut, sleep, nutrition, movement, neuropsych, genetics, fertility. Journal by talking to it, and take any of it to Seraphina, your guide - all within a monthly usage allowance.

Everything in Core, and you never hit a ceiling. For anyone who wants to stay in the conversation with their biology daily rather than check in every few months.
The model underneath
Democratize knowing oneself.
We're building Merlin on the art-gallery model. A working gallery lets you walk in, wander, and sit with whatever catches you - your first full read is on the house. You pay only when you want the ongoing relationship: every new panel read in context, the portals kept current, the synthesis that deepens as your story does.
The deep work (the ongoing analysis and synthesis) costs real money to run, and we price it to cover that, not to fund expansion. But the door itself is free, by design: to undo the assumption that deep self-understanding belongs only to those who can afford concierge medicine, and to leave it open for anyone curious about their own body.
Why the names
In the old stories the hero never travels alone. Arthur had Merlin. We believe in that enough that we named our children for the guides who stand beside heroes, and the app takes their names for the same reason. Merlin advises. Seraphina guides. You stay the one in charge.
Built in Austin by clinicians who got tired of the seven-minute appointment.
For physicians
Start the visit past the part where you piece the history together.
Your functional and integrative medicine patients arrive with their own data already assembled and read across systems, with the mechanism behind every flag and the questions worth asking already surfaced. The data stays theirs, and they choose what you see. The practitioner program is available upon request, built to run alongside your practice rather than over it.
